Supported Home Living

Support is provided to individuals residing in their own residence or the residence of their natural or adoptive family; or to individuals receiving foster care services from the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services.

Residential Support Services

This service allows the individual to reside in a group home setting receiving direct care services from trained 24-hour awake staff.

Foster Companion Care Provider

Our services are contracted by the HCS provider and provides direct personal assistance with activities of daily living; assistance with housekeeping, meal planning and preparation; securing and providing transportation; reinforcement of counseling and therapy activities; assistance with medications; facilitating inclusion in community activities, social interaction, participation in leisure activities and development of socially valued behaviors; and habilitation.  These services are provided through supervision in assisting with grooming, bathing, toileting, tooth brushing, laundry, general and grocery shopping.

Supervised Living

Support is provided in a residence in which the HCS program provider holds a property interest.  Supervised living is provided by residential assistance providers who provide services and support, as needed, by individuals who are present in the residence during normal sleeping hours.
